At Food Para Todos, we believe that no edible food should ever go to waste while our neighbors go hungry. Our work focuses on building a rapid-response food recovery system that rescues surplus, nutritious food from local partners and delivers it directly to families and childcare providers. By transforming abundance into action, we are creating a more resilient and nourished community for everyone.

Family and Nutrition Hubs (FaNHubs)
FaN Hubs are a pantry located at child care facilities serving young children and their families. FaN Hubs were launched in 2021 with support from Merced County First 5 Commission because child care providers were finding too many children lacking access to fresh fruits and vegetables. FaN Hubs provide food directly to families with young children easily to children and families they serve every day. already gather and receive care. This model helps us meet families where they are and create another pathway for food to reach homes with dignity and care.

The food assistance program has been life-changing for my family. We no longer worry about feeding our children, and we can focus on getting back on our feet.
